Yeah, I... you know that coupled with everything that I am dealing with. It must be a hard day for you.

 

Yeah, it is and um... I'm sorry for whatever it is you are dealing with.

 

That ahh... that Sage and I can't have kids? Yeah, I know it's... it's disappointing but mourning the lots of something you never had is not the same.

 

I know what my kids mean to me, including Conner, and um if I knew I had to miss out on that, I can imagine how hard that would be to face.

The conversation might be a good example of telling the difference between "heard" and "hard".

Adam: 

it's disappointing but mourning the lots of something you never had is not the same.

 

"mourning" has the same sound as "morning".
